Job Title: Sportsbet is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our Darwin-based Contact Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be at the heart of the action during some of the biggest moments in sport.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle betting inquiries and customer support across phone, email, and live chat. You will process inbound telephone bets with accuracy and efficiency, solve customer problems with a focus on detail and great outcomes, log clear and concise notes in our customer database, stay up-to-date on bet types, key events, and industry trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is essential, with contact centre experience being a strong advantage. You must have strong verbal communication skills for this phone-based role, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, KPI-focused environment. You should also have flexibility to work rotating rosters including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, strong numeracy and computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), and a commitment to compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
