What role will you play?As a strong staff engineer you will help tackle some of the most challenging problems in the bank. In addition to technology ownership, you will play a key role in hiring and fostering the technical growth of the engineers on their teams. Drawing on deep and broad technical expertise, you will be hands‐on in the code, solving technical problems, mentoring junior engineers, and providing leadership on complex technology issues across the company, while also spending your time building outstanding software by both directly coding and offering close technical direction and management to your teams.
