Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is one of the largest defence companies in Australia, and is now recruiting highly skilled and motivated individuals to conduct Technical Maintenance (Avionics) courseware development and instructional activities at RAAF Base Williamtown. The role supports the Wedgetail E-7 Australian Program (Sustainment and Development) UK AEW Mk1 Program and E-7 Korea.
This position fulfils vital instructor delivery tasks and courseware material developmental activities in support of both the sustainment and emerging work for all E-7 aircraft platform training requirements.
We are actively recruiting Aviation Maintenance (Avionics) developers and instructors, with experience in the following fields to complement our team
Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting all E-7 aircraft avionics maintenance instructor delivery for ongoing sustainment activities and providing train‐the‐trainer coach/mentoring tasks for emerging E-7 fleet support.
Analyse lesson framework needs and design maintenance training solutions and products to meet BDA E‐7 aircraft capability requirements, and evaluate the effectiveness of developed training programs.
Provide SME support to the development of essential E‐7 aircraft courseware to meet BDA and DASR regulation, primarily for maintenance, but also including pilot and mission crew training materials to meet stipulated training specifications.
Conduct E‐7 aircraft courseware continuous‐improvement tasks, develop and pilot new courses with recent innovative processes and technology, working collaboratively with our E‐7 platform stakeholders.
