About the role
OzKleen is seeking a talented Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic team in Ormeau, Queensland. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and creative individual to contribute to the continued growth and success of our company.
What you'll be doing
Assisting in the creation of engaging visual content, including product labels, marketing materials, and digital assets
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions
Participating in the ideation and conceptualisation process to generate innovative design concepts
Ensuring design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic across all company materials
Providing support in the preparation of files for print and digital production
Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills
As we are a small team, some assistant responsibilities will be required, such as answering phones, interacting with customers in reception, etc.
What we're looking for
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong eye for detail and an ability to work with brand guidelines
Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
A passion for design and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Optional - Web design/management is a bonus, but will be a skill that can be taught over time in the position
