We are seeking a motivated and organised Personal Assistant with strong NDIS knowledge to provide administrative support across our NDIS organisations, including Primus Quality Services and Bila Counselling and Support Service.
This is a casual position based in Shelley, WA, with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple organisations
* Handle email correspondence and communications with participants, providers, and stakeholders
* Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
* Assist with NDIS-related administration including service agreements and compliance documentation
* Support audit preparation and quality assurance activities
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems
* Liaise with participants, support workers, and external providers
About You
* Strong understanding of the NDIS, including the NDIS Practice Standards and provider requirements
* Experience working within the disability or community services sector
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check
* Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
