The Tattersalls Hotel, better known as the Tatts Hotel is looking for a Full time Duty Manager to assist on the Day to Day operation of busy Hotel.
Tattersalls Hotel Casino is a lively, entertainment-driven pub where locals gather daily for great food, cold drinks, and friendly banter. Known for its welcoming entertainment and loyal regulars, it's a place where everyone feels at home and no two shifts are ever the same.
Position Overview:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel, including food, beverage, gaming (pokies), TAB, and Keno. Ensures smooth operations, compliance, profitability, and high service standards while leading and developing the team.
Minimum 6-12 months management experience in hospitality or gaming venues is required.
Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency or citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across bar, bistro, gaming, TAB, and Keno.
* Basic understanding of gaming machine operations is required.
* Maintain service quality, venue presentation, and staff performance.
* Manage rostering, ordering, stock control, and cash handling.
* Experience with hospitality POS systems is preferred.
* Drive sales, control costs, and meet budget and KPI targets.
* Ensure full compliance with NSW Liquor & Gaming, RSA, and RCG regulations.
* Current RSA and RCG certifications are mandatory.
* Lead, train, and motivate staff; manage recruitment and performance.
* Handle customer issues promptly and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
* Promote positive community and customer relationships.
