Level 3 Support - Atlassian & Microsoft 365 SpecialistJob Summary / Overview
This role is responsible for the technical leadership governance and optimisation of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments within a large enterprise setting. You will ensure collaboration platforms are secure scalable and aligned to business needs while supporting both project delivery and BAU operations.Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design configuration and governance of Microsoft 365 and Atlassian platforms
* Drive platform improvements automation and user adoption initiatives
* Act as the escalation point for Level 3 incidents and service requests
* Provide technical leadership across projects and BAU including complex escalations
* Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable well governed services
* Support enterprise integration change and uplift initiativesRequired Qualifications
* Strong hands on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment including Teams Teams Voice SharePoint OneDrive Exchange and security features
* Strong understanding of Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence
* Experience designing workflows permissions spaces and governance models
* Understanding of Microsoft and Atlassian licensing and true up processes
* Experience with M365 backup toolsets and strategies
* Proven experience acting as a Level 3 escalation point resolving complex incidentsSkills & Competencies
* Technical leadership across collaboration platforms
* Ability to define and uplift governance standards and best practices
* Experience driving automation optimisation and adoption
* Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills
