About the role
This is an exciting prospect to join Bene Aged Care's Finance team as an Accounts Officer on a part‐time basis at our current Head Office based in Hutt Street, Adelaide.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and work collaboratively with the Business Manager and the Residential Care Admissions team.
Your part in Bene Aged Care
* Process and maintain Residential care fees and Independent Living Unit fees
* Respond to enquiries from residents regarding financial matters associated with fees
* Manage and follow up on outstanding fees
* Assist with the monthly Medicare reconciliations
* Assist with the input of creditors' invoices
* Receptionist duties — Tuesday to Thursday
* Adhering to Bene's Privacy of Information Policy and Procedure at all times

* Relevant qualification with experience in a similar role
* High‐level customer service skills including outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy are necessary for this role
* Well‐developed skills in Microsoft suite of programs
* Minimum 3 COVID‐19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccination
* Evidence of right to work in Australia
