We're looking for a talented Graduate Designer or Designer to join our Sydney Living team and play a key role in shaping bespoke, design-led residential projects.
This is a front-end focused role suited to someone with a genuine passion for design and a strong design sensibility; someone who gets excited about the early stages of a project and loves working collaboratively to craft something exceptional. You'll contribute to concept development and help shape project narratives alongside our studio leaders.

* Collaborate with internal project teams to understand and develop design responses to stakeholder requirements
* Prepare presentations and visualisations using Rhino, Revit, Enscape, InDesign & Photoshop
* Work closely with senior project architects to preserve design intent from concept to completion
* Present ideas clearly – visually, verbally and in writing
* Support project leaders in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Receive mentorship and support, working alongside highly experienced, collaborative Project Leaders and Principals
What You'll Bring
* Experience working on Residential SSDA submissions is essential
* A strong design sense and genuine passion for design excellence
* Proficiency in Rhino and 3D modelling to support design development and visualisation
* Experience in a smaller studio environment where you've had the opportunity to contribute across all aspects of a project is highly regarded
* Well-developed Revit and documentation skills
* Knowledge of BCA/NCC, Australian Standards and local materials/suppliers relevant to residential projects
* Creative problem‐solving and a methodical, proactive approach
* A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
