Technician - Residential Field Service (Mudgee)

We are looking for a talented Field Service Diesel Mechanic to join our team in the Mudgee region. Reporting to our Muswellbrook branch, you will support our mining customers in and around the Mudgee area, specialising in service, repairs and maintenance to our high-horsepower (19 L and above) mining engines across multiple applications and OEMs. Let Cummins train you to become an engine expert
Responsibilities
Deliver a first-class service to our mining customers as a travelling Field Service Technician.
Perform breakdown and preventative tasks.
Deliver support for our new Tier 4 HHP engines, the most advanced HHP product on the market, following full Cummins technical training.
Work with other major OEMs such as Hitachi, Komatsu, and Liebherr.
Qualifications
Relevant trade qualification (Plant or Heavy Commercial Vehicle/Heavy Diesel).
A valid driver's licence.
Experience as a diesel mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, mining equipment, engines and similar applications is preferred.
Competitive hourly rate with mine-site allowance, overtime, bonus and superannuation. Flexible lifestyle roster – 5 on, 4 off day shift. Tool of Trade Vehicle will be provided. This embedded position is eligible for relocation package.
