We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter/Joiner to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of carpentry and joinery tasks essential to our commercial projects.

Measuring, cutting, and shaping timber, plywood, drywall, or other materials to the required dimensions for wall and ceiling structures.
Constructing framework and structures such as wall partitions, ceiling battens, and scaffolding to support plasterboard installation.
Installing plasterboard panels to walls and ceilings, ensuring proper alignment, secure fixing, and smooth finishes.
Inspecting and repairing framework or supporting structures to ensure they meet safety and quality standards before installation begins.
Using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, and hammers to complete installation tasks efficiently and safely.
Fixing and installing metal or timber framing systems to support plasterboard panels for walls and ceilings.
Sealing gaps, joints, and edges between plasterboard sheets using compounds, adhesives, and tapes to create a seamless finish.
Complying with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards to ensure all work meets Australian construction and safety requirements.
Collaborating with other tradespeople such as painters, electricians, and plumbers to coordinate work schedules and ensure project timelines are met.
