We are seeking an individual to assume the role of Document Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for scanning and maintaining patient documentation in a digital format.

This role involves working as part of a team to ensure patient information is digitised efficiently and accurately, contributing to safe and high-quality care across the hospital.

The Document Coordinator will be involved in a range of administrative tasks, including customer service and document processing.

* Accurately scan and process patient documentation into the Digital Medical Record (DMR).
* Contribute to a variety of administrative tasks, including general customer service duties.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards when handling patient information.
* Work within a roster that includes both weekdays and weekends.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure service delivery meets operational needs.
