About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of a busy sales business, providing direct support and gaining invaluable on-the-job experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Lead Agent with listings, sales, and client communication
* Buyer and seller follow-up
* Prospecting and database management
* Attending appraisals, open inspections, and auctions
* Assisting with marketing campaigns and property launches
* Learning proven systems, scripts, and processes used in a high-performing sales environment
About You
