Job Description Consultation and coordination with various team members, SME and stakeholders to establish schedule inputs across definition, planning, pre-construction, construction and commissioning of major projects and programs. Working as part of a program or project team and integrating with technical advisors, client experts, contractors and sub-contractors. Monitoring, analysing and reporting on schedule achievements/progress and forecasting. Schedule Analysis, comparisons, quality checks, critical path analysis, DCMA checks. Schedule risk analysis, EVM, SPI monitoring. Delay and forensic analysis of schedules. Ability to present technical schedule information in dashboards, summary reports and senior leadership forums.
