Opportunity
Program, monitor and control all aspects of individual insurance repair jobs to achieve a quality claim and repair outcome for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Liaise with insurance clients, homeowner customers, adjusters and trades people to ensure a quality repair outcome.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors and technicians.
* Manage project budgets, including allocation of work orders to subcontractors.
* Ensure KPIs met around customer satisfaction, timeliness of repairs, quality of repairs, submission of reports and invoices.
* Preparation of project documentation.
* Liaise with Project Manager daily.
* Complete client communications on all projects weekly.
* Complete customer communications weekly on all projects.
* Respond to project stakeholders are to assist the team with the project management.
* Preparation of Invoicing and collation of handover documents including all required compliance certificates.
