Job Description:
The role of Technical Support Engineer involves providing expert technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of industry-leading blasting systems. This includes involvement in product development, testing, troubleshooting, and training.
The successful candidate will be working on-site at our Kurri Kurri Technical Centre when not required in the field. They will be responsible for delivering technical support for blasting systems, assisting with troubleshooting and maintenance, supporting the development, testing, and commercialisation of new products, and providing hands-on technical/repair support and related field testing in all environments and weather conditions.
