Emergency Relief Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to provide emergency relief support to individuals in crisis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in community services, with experience in case management support and a Cert 4 qualification or equivalent.
The role involves assessing client needs, providing advocacy, budgeting, emergency relief, and maintaining documentation. Strong administration and communication skills are essential to work effectively with clients facing various crises.
The ideal candidate will be able to build positive relationships with clients and staff, and possess proficiency in computer use and data entry systems. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
1. Cert 4 in Community Services or equivalent
