Leadership Opportunity in Faculty Management
We are seeking a visionary Faculty Manager to provide strategic and operational management support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (PVC) of the Faculty of Arts and Society.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of faculty service delivery, while providing administrative support for governance, strategic and operational planning, and external engagement activities.
* A postgraduate level qualification (or working towards) in business management or other relevant discipline with experience OR extensive experience and management knowledge with a combination of relevant experience and training.
* Outstanding leadership skills and ability to establish a long-term strategic vision, manage large-scale resources, and build high-performing teams.
* Proven executive management experience, leadership skills, and ability to successfully manage diverse operations including student, corporate and business services in a higher education environment across multiple locations.
* Excellent communication skills, including negotiation, consultation, influence, and establishment of strategic alliances with stakeholders internally and externally.
* Exceptional project management skills, with a proven record of successfully managing and completing large, complex projects, including implementation and change management.
