About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker Home Help.

* To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a current WA Drivers Licence, have a vehicle, rights to work in Australia, and a First Aid Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect customers with their local team and directly support them in their homes and communities.
* Build strong relationships with customers, families, carers, agencies, and professionals.

* A motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Previous experience working with seniors and those living with disability is desirable but not essential.
