The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time experienced accounts administrator to join our team to help provide quality support to our Chief Financial Officer and Management Accountant. The Dorsett group turned over a $190 million dollars last financial year, so this is a fast paced, busy office with a great team who are passionate about what they do. You will be situated at our Support Office above the Bunbury Retravision Store on Forrest Avenue, Bunbury.

About You
You will have demonstrated experience in financial administration including accounts payable and a reconciliation skill set. If you are a gun at processing large volumes of invoices with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you
Essential requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial administrative role
* Availability to work school holidays
* Ability to quickly organise and prioritise workload requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Solid knowledge of Excel
* Strong understanding of and sensitivity towards data integrity
* Excellent attention to detail
* Quick and effective problem-solving skills
* Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
* A valid current Western Australian Driver's Licence
* Police Clearance (less than 2 months old)
* Demonstrated understanding of workplace, health and safety
