**About the Opportunity**
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Manager of the business, we are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join this growing finance team working from the Head Office in Coombabah.
Working within an enthusiastic and close-knit unit, you will be responsible for assisting with the AP & AR functions, whilst being the main contact for all finance related enquiries.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Assist with answering phones and enquiries
- Management of debt collection process
- Processing Invoices and reconciliation of accounts receivables
- Communicate with external stakeholders for compliance documents for trading STC's and rebates
- Trade STC and Trade Solar Victoria rebates
- Lodgement of Inverter extended warranties
- Employee onboarding and offboarding - responsible for ensuring all documentation is received and passed on to Payroll.
- Various other finance administrative duties within the company as required
**Your skills and attributes**
To be successful in the role you will have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and be self-motivated and enthusiastic. Ideally you will have minimum 2 years' experience in an in-house Accounts or Finance Administration role or similar gained in any industry. There is no need to have Solar Energy experience, just a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in using an accounting software (Xero is preferable but not essential)
- Solid experience with CRM's and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
