Newhaul is leading a first-of-its-kind Health & Wellbeing Program for MC drivers—combining fitness, strength, sleep, recovery and health data to build long-term capability in a demanding industry. No one else in Australian logistics is delivering support at this level.

Job Description
* Run 1:1 and small-group gym inductions
* Coach safe, fundamental strength and movement patterns
* Build simple, individualised programs tailored to job demands
* Provide real-time coaching support on the gym floor
* Assist with injury prevention and return-to-work programs
* Use fitness, strength and recovery data to guide programming
Who You Are
* Enjoy coaching beginners and everyday workers
* Comfortable spending most of the day coaching in the gym
* Practical, patient and able to keep training simple
* Ideally familiar with mining, logistics, FIFO or shift-based environments
* Purpose-driven and keen to improve people's long-term health
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Exercise/Sports Science or Exercise Physiology
* ASCA Level 1–2 (or equivalent)
* Strong coaching fundamentals and ability to tailor programs
* Supportive, calm communication and a genuine care for wellbeing
*Early-career Sports Science, Exercise Physiology and S&C graduates are encouraged to apply.
