Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, working in a commercial cleaning environment or facilities supervisor position. They will be able to train, lead and motivate their team, working alongside management to achieve desired results. Additionally, they will be able to liaise with the client and resolve any maintenance issues on site.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm. The successful candidate will commit to the rostered hours/days required for this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment or facilities supervisor position
* Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office
* Manual driver's license (a preference)
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
* A valid Working with Vulnerable People check or willingness to obtain
