*About The Opportunity*
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Rostering Coordinator. Our Rostering Coordinators are responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services to our Security and Cleaning entities, incorporating a relationship building approach to their portfolio of sites and managers.
Successful candidates
must
have previous experience in the Security Industry and previous Rostering experience.
*About The Position*
The Rostering Coordinator will support our Homebush, NSW team and be responsible for:
* Managing/rostering large number of hours over a site portfolio
* Maintaining and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements
* Operations Support to internal and external stakeholders
* Award Interpretation and application
* Payroll Queries, TRI Invoice and Core Hours reviews for P&L
* Coordinating Training and site-specific inductions as required.
* Arranging staff for ADHOC Shift coverage.
* Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and staff

*To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have:*
* Previous experience rostering
* Experience in the Security Industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to set positive, open & effective relationships
* Driven, solution orientated and innovative thinker
* Excellent organization, time management skills and attention to detail
* Ability to be flexible and work under pressure
