**Your Responsibilities**
- Guide and lead the team on Agile Practices
- Identifying and defining business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope to be delivered
- Lead and coach our Agile squads to understand Agile ways of working
- Drive consistency of delivery practice across teams
**About You**
- Experience in leading multiple scrum teams
- Previously worked in Agile, Digital Delivery, and Digital Customer Experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
