South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking dedicated and skilled clinician to join our Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. This is your chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can truly impact the mental health and wellbeing of older adults in our community.As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health services. Your responsibilities will include direct clinical treatment to consumers, families, and carers, as well as short- and long-term case management. You'll conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based treatment interventions of the highest standard. Additionally, you'll provide outreach support to consumers in their own environments, residential care facilities, and other settings as indicated by clinical guidelines.At SWH, our Clinicians work within a collaborative framework, ensuring regular communication and information flow between clinical staff, professionals, families, carers, and external stakeholders. This teamwork is vital to delivering comprehensive and coordinated carePosition overviewPermanent, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADOWarrnambool CampusRegistered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 3, Social Worker/Occupational Therapist/Psychologist Grade 2Salary Range: $88,030 - $106,906 per annum, pro rata, plus superannuatioThis position may be eligible for an incentive payment covering rent, childcare, relocation costs, and more, as part of the new workforce and incentive grants program administered by Rural Agency Workforce Victoria (RWAV).What you bringWe are looking for an experienced and qualified Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist with a strong background in mental health clinical services. You should be passionate about delivering high-quality care and working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.Essential Qualifications and Skills:Nursing: Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years' experience in mental health services.
