Job Responsibilities

The Rates Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the rates area within the revenue team. This will include assisting with and responding to telephone and written enquiries, processing changes of ownerships and rates statements, and preparing refunds as required.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of owner occupier records for elections, downloading and actioning eRates registration reports, and assisting in the review of procedures and processes.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for the rates area within the revenue team
