We are seeking an Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle’s Cloud ERP solution in Australia, ideally based in Canberra, but other capital cities will be considered.
Reporting to the COO, the Project Manager will oversee the project lifecycle, resource planning, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and business change management related to the ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage project lifecycle from initiation to delivery and handover.
2. Plan and develop project resources.
3. Manage and report on project financials.
4. Produce reports for governance and stakeholders.
5. Coordinate interdependencies with other projects, business areas, and vendors.
6. Lead and mentor project team members and stakeholders.
7. Manage change effectively in partnership with stakeholders.
8. Identify and address project risks, opportunities, and issues.
9. Maintain relationships with key staff, projects, and partners.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience leading business change and engaging stakeholders.
2. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK).
3. Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations (preferably 2+).
4. Strong communication and engagement skills across all organizational levels.
5. Understanding of business and financial practices.
6. Leadership skills to motivate and lead diverse teams.
7. Eligibility for Baseline Australian Government Security Clearance.
