Personal Care Professional

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to provide care to clients living in their own homes, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. You will be responsible for providing personal care and daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing. You will also provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes
* Supporting clients with community based recreational and social activities
* Transporting clients to appointments and activities
* Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
Requirements:
* Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification (or equivalent)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
* Roadworthy and insured vehicle for work use
* Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets and laptops
