Responsibilities
* Providing support to clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication supervision.
* Assisting clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities and transport.
* Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and reporting any changes in their condition to the office.
* Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
* Maintaining a protected and healthy workplace for clients by following proper infection control procedures and other safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in individual support.
* 3 years experience in community.
* Recent First aid + CPR.
* WWVP.
* Police check.
* Driving license.
* Manual handling certificate.
* A keen willingness to help participants remain living independent in their own home.
