Job Title:
Insurance Account Manager
This role is ideal for an experienced insurance broker who can take ownership of a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients. You will be responsible for providing tailored general insurance advice, preparing and processing quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims, as well as liaising with underwriters to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of SME/commercial clients
* Provide tailored general insurance advice across multiple lines
* Prepare and process quotes, renewals, endorsements, and claims
* Liaise with underwriters to deliver the best outcomes for clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in general insurance broking
* Strong product knowledge across Business Package, Contract Works, ISR, Liability, and more
* Excellent attention to detail and client-first mindset
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* A self-motivated, proactive attitude — someone who takes initiative and delivers
* Experience with Insight broking system is a plus, but not essential
