The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team at Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care Facility.
You will play a pivotal role in providing safe, high-quality, and contemporary clinical care to our residents, ensuring a resident-centric approach and high level of care and support at all times.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing High-Quality Medical Care: Assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
* Undertaking Clinical Care: Providing supervision and guidance to care staff, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures as necessary.
* Liaising with Healthcare Professionals: Collaborating with residential care staff, medical professionals, allied health practitioners, hospitals, and specialists to ensure residents receive comprehensive clinical care.

Requirements: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA), recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents, knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, and clinical assessments.
All candidates must have a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance and provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
