Job Description
iScape Group Pty Ltd, trading as iScape NT, is seeking a Gardener (General) to perform routine garden and grounds maintenance across residential, commercial, and government sites in Darwin, Palmerston, and surrounding areas. Duties Include:
* Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance
* Weed control, pruning, and trimming of trees, shrubs, and hedges
* Maintaining garden beds, shrubs, lawns, and planted areas
* Preparing soil and garden areas for planting and establishment
* Planting and transplanting flowers, shrubs, hedges, and trees
* Applying fertilisers, herbicides, and basic pest control treatments
* Watering and maintaining lawns and plants as required
* Installing basic plant support and protection where required
* Removing garden debris including leaves, branches, and green waste
* Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment safely
* Identifying plant health issues and taking appropriate action
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in gardening or grounds maintenance
* Knowledge of lawn care and plant maintenance
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good physical fitness for manual outdoor work
* Driver's licence preferred
* Relevant qualification in horticulture is desirable but not essential; practical experience will be highly regarded
* Salary:
