We’re hiring a Media Account Director at Noisy Beast to lead a portfolio of our most valued client relationships, acting as the connective tissue between their business goals and everything our agency has to offer.
This is a senior role. You’ll own the relationship, conduct the team across strategy, biddable and creative, and be ultimately accountable for the quality of the work that leaves the agency for your clients.
It’s a role for someone who takes pride in making clients better, not just keeping them happy.
What you’ll do
Own senior client relationships end-to-end, covering planning, budgets, campaigns and reviews
Lead brief responses and build integrated media plans across offline and digital
Set the quality bar on plans, decks, reports and creative
Manage scope, fees and profitability across your portfolio
Line-manage and grow Account Managers and Executives
Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to new business
What you’ll bring
6+ years in media agency account management, including time at Account Manager or above
Experience leading integrated campaigns across offline and digital channels
Strong working understanding of biddable and programmatic media
Commercial confidence across scoping, forecasting and profitability, not just campaign delivery
Calm under pressure and a sharp editorial eye
Genuine interest in how AI and new tech will reshape media, and appetite to bring those ideas to clients
