Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be work across the full spectrum of marketing requirements to establish the end-to-end experience in launching, selling through and settling residential NSW projects to maximise enquiries for the sales team.

**Your daily duties will include**:
- Support Sales & Marketing strategies, programs and initiatives
- Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home
- Manage and optimise online property listings
- Support roll out of content marketing including eDM's and social media and PR including corporate needs as required
- Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations
- Assist and attend project launches and events
- Update and maintenance of customer data and CRM
- Collaborate with external agencies, consultants and stakeholders
- Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing
- Ad hoc administrative duties
**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:
- Seeking 2 - 3 + years' experience in similar marketing position
- Project Marketing, Construction, Property Marketing Agency or similar experience preferred
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar desired
- Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a "finisher"
