Responsibilities
* Office Management: Maintain cleanliness, supplies, and overall site presentation.
* Vendor Coordination: Manage cleaners and service providers; handle issues and escalations.
* Problem Solving: Address complaints and ensure service standards are met.
* Site Inspections: Conduct monthly walkthroughs with stakeholders.
* Event Support: Assist with catering setup, internal events, and logistics.
* Procurement: Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) via systems (Coupa, SharePoint).
* Training Coordination: Schedule mandatory trainings (First Aid, CPR, etc.).
* Reporting: Handle customer reports with high accuracy (Excel/Word).
