About the Opportunity
Ray White Mittagong is looking for motivated Assistant Agents to support two of our high-performing Sales Agents. You will work directly alongside Andy Kirk, the No.1 agent in the Southern Highlands, and Jack Mooney, a top-performing agent, gaining hands-on experience in one of the region's most successful real estate teams.
We are looking for driven, energetic individuals who are hungry to succeed in real estate. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, door knocking, cold calling, and building relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
* Door knocking in targeted neighbourhoods to identify potential sellers
* Cold calling and prospecting for new business
* Following up buyer and seller enquiries
* Building relationships with homeowners in the local community
* Managing and nurturing leads within the CRM
* Assisting agents with open homes, inspections and buyer follow-up
* Supporting the agents with day-to-day sales activities
About You
* Strong communication and people skills
* Confidence speaking with new people
* Self-motivated and goal-driven
* Comfortable with prospecting
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A positive attitude, energy and strong work ethic
* A current driver's licence is preferred for this role.
