We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
About the Role:
* As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising and mentoring enrolled nurses and assistants-in-nursing, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the needs of patients and their families
* Supervise and mentor enrolled nurses and assistants-in-nursing to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide quality care
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current registration and AHPRA accreditation
* Proven experience working in an Intensive Care environment, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team
