Regional Maintenance Supervisor

* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for personnel, plant, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance and capital works programs.
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve targets in roads, drainage, and parks maintenance services.
* Budget and Performance Management:
* Monitor budgets, compile cost estimates, and enforce compliance with service level agreements.
* Technical Expertise:
* Provide technical advice and contribute to operational process improvements through data-driven insights.
* Crisis Management:
* SUPPORT emergency response and recovery efforts during natural disasters by coordinating resources and personnel effectively.
