About the Opportunity
Join our Bowmans team as a Forklift Operator and play an essential role in keeping our operations running smoothly. We're looking for a skilled operator who takes pride in their work and values safety above all else. What You'll Be Doing
* Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products
* Loading and unloading trucks and containers
* Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements
* Conducting pre-start equipment checks and basic maintenance
* Working collaboratively with warehouse and transport teams
* Following all safety procedures and contributing to our safety culture
What We're Looking For
* Current forklift license (LF class or equivalent)
* Previous forklift operating experience
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
