As the original pioneers of real grass dog toilets, this subscription-based business delivers fresh product to customers across the country - and now they're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead from the ground up.
This is a key role in a tight-knit team where your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve on the fly, and passion for logistics will directly impact customer experience. You'll manage day-to-day warehouse operations, lead and train staff, and work closely with head office to keep everything running like clockwork.
Location: Yennora, Sydney NSW
What you'll be doing:
* overseeing day to day warehouse operations and staff
* Allocating tasks and monitoring team productivity
* Overseeing inventory accuracy and stock integrity
* Upholding WHS standards and ensuring a clean, safe environment
* Constantly identifying opportunities to streamline and improve operations
What you'll bring:
* Forklift licence (or ready to obtain one quickly)
* A strong track record in inventory control, dispatch coordination, and workflow improvement
* Confidence leading up to 6 staff in a fast-paced fulfilment setting
