HOBAN is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Australian e-commerce brand that's transforming the way pet owners care for their dogs.
As the original pioneers of real grass dog toilets, this subscription-based business delivers fresh product to customers across the country - and now they're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead from the ground up.
This is a key role in a tight-knit team where your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve on the fly, and passion for logistics will directly impact customer experience.
You'll manage day-to-day warehouse operations, lead and train staff, and work closely with head office to keep everything running like clockwork.
Location: Yennora, Sydney NSW
What you'll be doing:
- Leading all inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Managing rosters, performance, training, and day-to-day team coordination
- Overseeing inventory accuracy and stock integrity
- Upholding WHS standards and ensuring a clean, safe setting
- Constantly identifying opportunities to streamline and improve operations
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years in warehouse management or team supervision
- Forklift licence (or ready to obtain one quickly)
- A strong track record in inventory control, dispatch coordination, and workflow improvement
- Confidence leading up to 6 staff in a fast-paced fulfilment setting
- High level of fitness (you'll be lifting up to 15kg)
- Strong Excel skills and an organised, systems-driven mindset
