About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Foreman with a carpentry or glazing background to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on site supervision with office-based responsibilities, offering the best of both worlds. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, supervising trades and contractors.
- Maintain strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards across all projects.
- Liaise with the operations team for scheduling, materials, and resource planning.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and prestart meetings.
- Assist with quoting, reporting, and office-based project administration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Carpenter or Glazier (Cert III or equivalent).
- White Card – essential.
- Working at Heights and EWP licence – preferred but not essential.
- IRATA (Rope Access) experience – highly regarded but not required.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and confident communication, with excellent attention to detail.
