In partnership with headspace, we’re all about standing beside young people when life gets tough. We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified, but genuinely passionate about making a difference — someone who sees people first, not problems.
Youturn is a leading national not-for-profit organisation delivering Health and Community Services to vulnerable people across Australia. Since 2012, we’ve proudly delivered youth mental health services under the headspace model—offering friendly, flexible clinical and non-clinical support including counselling, peer activities, and social groups for young people aged 12 to 25.

Work within a multidisciplinary team (GPs, allied health, vocational specialists and more)
Offer support through centre-based, outreach, or telehealth services
Be part of community engagement and youth-led initiatives
Help shape holistic support that’s trauma-informed, age-appropriate and culturally aware
What we’re looking for
You’ve got:

A current driver’s license and Blue Card (QLD)
What you’ll get
A role with real purpose and tangible impact
Enjoy generous salary packaging of up to $15,900, plus $2,650 meal entertainment benefits, to further maximise your take-home pay
Ongoing professional development and clinical supervision
A passionate, values-driven team and supportive workplace culture
Opportunities to innovate, grow, and co-create youth-led services
Flexibility: Enjoy work-life balance with flexibility for negotiating start/finish times, tailoring your career to your lifestyle!
Wellness Leave : Recharge with 5 days of paid wellness leave each year (pro-rata).
Paid Parental Leave : Unlock 12 weeks of paid parental leave benefits after just one year of dedicated service
