About the Role:
An Enrolled Nurse will join our friendly and supportive team to deliver person-centered care to residents.
The role focuses on delivering clinical interventions and support within enrolled nurse scope, ensuring resident care plans meet changing needs and preferences.
Promote resident choice, independence, and meaningful daily activities, monitor and report changes in resident health.
Maintain accurate documentation and support infection control, medication administration, and workplace safety.
Guide Care Partners and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, contribute to care plan reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with Accreditation and AN-ACC standards.

About You:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration, knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, and AN-ACC.
Proficiency in relevant IT applications, strong clinical and care skills appropriate for an Enrolled Nurse.
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, flexible team player contributing positively to the workplace.
Commitment to ongoing professional development, customer-focused and empathetic approach to aged care.
Ability to relate positively with residents, showing understanding and respect, appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian values.
