Job Title: Resourcing & Administration Lead
Role Description
* As a Resourcing and Administration Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining the rostering system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for over 100 employees.
* Assist with filling vacant shifts on the roster to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide reception duties including meeting and greeting residents, staff and customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
* Manage accounts payable and receivables, ensuring all financial transactions are processed efficiently.
* Maintain a systematic filing system to ensure easy access to documents.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience in rostering, administration and customer service.
* High level of computer literacy – MS Outlook, Word, Excel and time and attendance systems.
* Accounts payable and receivable experience.
* Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Proven experience in problem solving and decision making.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
