We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our team responsible for coordinating all aspects of indoor events. * The ideal candidate will possess significant industry experience, ideally working in a venue, events or hospitality organization.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves being an integral link between hirers and event teams, assisting with planning, administration and coordination of events between clients, contractors and various stakeholders through to delivery on the day itself.
* Coordinate logistics and operations for indoor events including staging production and emergency planning.
* Maintain excellent customer service skills resolving issues promptly identifying process improvements enhancing overall customer satisfaction levels.
