This boutique building consultancy firm specialises in residential and commercial projects and has an exciting permanent opportunity a Contact Centre Officer. Based in Southbank, this office staffs more than 20 employees, with modern offices and in house-gym facilities!
Your new role:
The right individual will be providing Customer Service & Administration support to commercial and domestic customers. Some of your duties will include:
- Contact Centre Experience
- High level computer skills
- Maintaining accounts - monthly invoicing and statement preparation
- Customer Service Skills
- Problem solving skills
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years' previous experience as Contact Centre Officer, preferably with an interest in the Construction space. You will have experience supporting and managing a small team of Customer Service staff whilst also demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.

Previous use of MYOB, invoicing and payroll will be highly regarded.
