* Maintain properties under management to a high standard and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve efficiency in property management.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the property management team.
* Collaborate with the broader business to identify new business opportunities in residential leasing and property management.
* Represent the company and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in senior property management roles, preferably in residential sectors.
* In-depth knowledge of real estate and property management industry and associated legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make decisions.
* Real Estate License in ACT and NSW.
