This is an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Leader to elevate the recruitment function, shape hiring strategy, and build capability across the business. Description Duties will include, but not limited to; Lead and execute the organisation wide talent acquisition strategy aligned to current and future workforce priorities Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles across Metro and Regional locations Drive innovation and continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience Provide strategic workforce and market insights to Executives and senior leaders, identifying risks and opportunities Oversee end to end recruitment delivery, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment to organisational values and compliance requirements Lead complex and senior hiring, partnering closely with leaders on sourcing, assessment and evidence-based selection decisions Strengthen employer branding and recruitment capability through targeted projects and initiatives Monitor and report on recruitment performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership and Board Lead, coach and develop the Talent Team, fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have; Previous experience within a similar Talent Acq role, at Partner or Specialist level Exposure or background in HR, with a passion for Talent Acquisition Have a keen interest in strategic planning and initiatives Ability to multitask and work to conflicting deadlines Excellent communication style and stakeholder engagement skills Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature Confident across most Tech platforms, relating to T.Acq or Recruitment Opportunity Immediate start available Join a forward-thinking, innovative culture that values people and performance Enjoy a highly competitive salary package with NFP industry benefits Eastern suburbs, with parking If you’re well suited to the opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
