Office Administrator/Accounts Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Accounts Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with accounts duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the manager with administration duties
* Assisting with accounts clerical work including invoicing & bills
* Responding to client requests in a timely manner
* Coordinating advertising material orders for the 2-weekly installation 'run' period
* Receiving and dispatching all relevant advertising material
* E nsuring accurate and organised storage of all relevant advertising material
* Providing accurate and useful feedback to the signage installers
* Onsite auditing of some signage installers
* Data entry into Excel and specialised industry programs
Requirements:
* A year 12 certificate
* Prior administration experience
* Familiarity with data entry software
Benefits:
* Full-time, permanent position
* $50,000 - $59,000 per year
* Monday to Friday schedule
